The 2015/16 GKGHA Board of Directors would like to thank all of the volunteers, past and present, who help in many different ways to make this a great hockey association. It is with your support that we achieve our goals and continue to improve and grow, on and off the ice.
In regard to the board, we are committed to working closely and communicating openly with our members to ensure our players are getting the most they can out of their hockey experience. With that in mind we will be working over the summer to set long and short term goals for the coming year.
In the meantime, the executive team would like to provide the following information:
Special Membership meeting
The 14/15 Board of Directors is calling a special meeting of the membership to be held at 7:00 PM on June 10, 2015 at the Invista (room A/B). The purpose of the meeting is to approve the financial report from 2014/15 and 2013/14 AGM minutes.
Registration
The online registration system is not yet open for the 2015/2016 season. We are very sorry for the delay and hope to have it activated July 1, 2015.
Volunteers
The support of dedicated volunteers will always be the key to our success. We are currently seeking volunteers to fill the following positions:

Website
The GKGHA website is one of the many ways by which we communicate with our parents, players and volunteers. The website will continue to evolve to ensure it is effective. We endeavour to keep you up to date and provide as much information, on the website, as we can in order to keep you informed. In addition to the website, GKGHA will send out bulk emails to all members from time to time with information and updates. Unfortunately, bulk emails may be caught by spam filters so we encourage all members to check the website regularly for updates.
