The Kingston Bantam AA Ice Wolves have asserted themselves as one of the top teams in their age group
On their way to the Championship in the 16 team tournament, they beat Philadelphia Jr. Flyers, St. Louis Lady Blues, Detroit Little Caesars and their only loss came from a strong Brampton Canadettes team who, until this tournament, have only suffered two losses all year.
In the semi finals, Kingston beat the same Brampton team 4-2, handing them their 3rd loss.
The finals proved to be one of the most exciting games of the tournament as Kingston faced their east rival Belleville Bearcats. Regulation ended in a 2-2 tie and a 3-on-3 overtime of 3 minutes solved nothing. After four shooters in the nerve-racking shootout, the girls celebrated an exciting victory, becoming the 2015 Two Nations Cup Champions.
